Hello! My name is Katie.

I’m Katie (Elliott) McGarrigle, a trained chef from Los Angeles with a culinary degree and food media background. I offer private chef services as well as recipe development, food styling, and content creation for brands. I draw my inspiration from the seasons, colors, and textures with heavy influence from Southern California’s abundant produce.  

Growing up, you could find me in the kitchen carefully watching my mother follow a new recipe from her monthly Sunset Magazine or my father throwing together random ingredients to create a cohesive meal. Both experiences shaped me into the intuitive, creative, and curious chef I am today.

When I’m not cooking, you can find me out on a sunny LA day walking our labrador/weimaraner puppy, sipping beer flights at local breweries, or arranging colorful floral bouquets.
